Livia and her team have cleaned one home for over three years, from regular cleanings to deep cleans, and are always willing to fit in time off schedule as needed. Since 2021, the team has handled large-volume student apartment turnover projects for a maintenance and construction company, including deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleanings, often under tight deadlines. In work going back to 2016, Livia has handled move-in/move-out cleanings, deep cleanings, post-construction cleanups, newly built apartments, vacant apartments and the common areas of residential buildings. She has also cleaned a day care since 2019. In one home, the floors gleam when she cleans and the bathrooms and kitchen are spotless. Livia and her helper are thorough and very careful of delicate items. She has helped with multiple last-minute cleanings, doing her best to accommodate schedules even on short notice.
