I ordered flooring online into the Williston store in mid July. After ordering I was informed it was back ordered, but would be in before September. We called each week starting mid August asking after our order. Nothing. September rolled around, still nothing and now we keep getting told by the girl at the store that she’ll talk to someone and call us back but no call backs. I tell her we’re running out of time I need my flooring, and she promised it in a week. I call back a week later, it’s now mid September. I get told she finally realized her stock was wrong in the computer and that’s why nothing was being sent to her but she fixed it, it’ll be in next week. I said no, I’m coming up today and you’re finding me something equivalent in stock. I get there and she tries to sell me some garbage not even close to what I ordered for quality. I challenged this and she says well, it’s the only thing in stock that is in the price range of what you ordered (I had ordered with a sale). I told her that’s frankly not my problem since she messed this up royally. I picked out something that was equivalent to what I had ordered and had her give me that at no up charge. They get two stars because with arm twisting they did honor my original order price and fix the issue, otherwise it would be one star. We’re in a big time crunch now for this install because of this.
I would like to say Big thank you to Amber ( Williston Vt location) for helping me with my flooring project and being super professional and knowledgeable! I’m happy with the product and customer service and Amber’s experience
I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this flooring company. They have now failed to deliver my flooring on three separate occasions after repeatedly assuring me it would arrive. Every missed delivery has forced me to reschedule my installer, and each delay has cost me thousands of dollars in non-refundable deposits and scheduling fees. Their lack of reliability has turned what should have been a straightforward project into a stressful and expensive nightmare. What makes it even worse is the poor communication and complete lack of accountability. Instead of providing honest updates or realistic timelines, I was repeatedly given promises that were never kept. At no point did anyone seem to understand or care about the financial impact their failures were having on me. If your project depends on materials arriving when promised, I would look elsewhere. A company that can't honor delivery commitments, communicate honestly, or take responsibility for the costs they cause their customers simply doesn't deserve your business. My experience has been incredibly frustrating, expensive, and completely unacceptable.
Fair prices, good selection, knowledgeable staff. A little hard to find the entrance.
They suck so bad in customer service! A guy just made his own ‘ Sailing rules’ while I was asking pricing. Don’t!
