“Twin Pines Building and Remodeling in Essex Junction. John and his team installed hardwood floors in my entire house and remodeled a bathroom and mudroom. Really happy with their attention to detail and customer service.”
Working with Twin Pines was the absolute best decision we made. After running into concerns about another contractor for our major kitchen renovation, we turned to Twin Pines for help. Their estimate was thorough, transparent and respected our stated budget. Their communication is upfront, honest and they truly work WITH you to help make the best decisions possible for what you need. They respected any and all concerns we raised and found solutions. Their crew was wonderful. They were on time, communicated days off in advance, and left the space clean and safe at the end of each day. They were also very sweet with our kids and pets. We will 100% be using them again for any future projects, without hesitation. If you want a trustworthy, kind, experienced contractor and crew, this is who you need!
We want to sincerely thank John, Victoria, and their team Emit and Julia for a great renovation on our Condominium. We had rented it for a few years and unfortunately, it required extensive renovations. As we got into the project, it became clear that it would require a great deal more than we expected. We live out of town and had to drive a distance to get there. Victoria worked around our schedule. She set up meeting when she knew that we would be in town. Victoria also had several helpful suggestions. We were consulted throughout the project about every little thing from paint color to placement of cupboard knobs. The condominium is now a new unit and everything is exactly as we wanted for our home. Without hesitation, we would recommend Twin Pines Building and Remodeling team for any project you are considering
We loved working with Twin Pines! After moving into our 1960's house this past year that desperately needed updating, we didn't know who to turn to for our first big project: re-doing our basement 3/4 bath. I could tell from the day they came out to do their estimate that I wanted to work with Twin Pines. They were prompt, friendly, understood our budget and tried to figure out ways to accomplish our goals without breaking the bank. They were so helpful every step of the way with recommending finishes to being upfront when finding something that needed to be fixed. We are so happy with the finished bathroom and can't wait to hire them again for future projects! We highly recommend Twin Pines Building & Remodeling.
Someone came out to look at my project and said that they would provide a quote in about a week. I have emailed repeatedly to try and get the quote or even an update on when I could expect one. I have been ghosted. I understand everyone is busy but no reply at all is disappointing. Would not recommend. :(
Professional, timely, and honest. The team did rot repair work for near windows, replacing the siding and the rotten structural components. They also inspected other areas for damage, and they seemed very honest and upfront in their evaluations.
