Minor home repairs first, then a bathroom renovation, then an entryway: in a June 2025 Google review, one customer described going back to Luigj of LLV Construction several times, praising the attention to detail with "no shortcuts." The Darien company describes itself as specializing in remodeling, and Thumbtack shows 4.8 stars from 11 ratings and 183 projects. The written reviews run from 2021 to 2025. In 2021 Thumbtack reviews, customers described a kitchen tiled by Luigi and a co-worker, a cracking fiberglass tub replaced with a porcelain steel one on time and under budget, and parquet floors replaced with porcelain tile within a few days. A May 2023 reviewer had Luie fix a badly installed skylight blind: he came back the next day to set it flush with the ceiling and added molding around it. A July 2021 review describes a toilet leak repaired, a wall fixed and the room painted. The state registry lists its Connecticut home improvement registration HIC.0662643, held under LLV Construction LLC, as expired: inactive due to non-renewal of the credential.
