Other customers described additions and interior renovations. An October 2025 Angi reviewer reported a family-room addition finished on time with no costs beyond the contract and communication throughout. Another review that month described a clear proposal and an in-law suite delivered on a tight deadline. A January 2025 Google customer said LMH remodeled their kitchen and finished their basement, praising communication and efficiency. An October 2025 Angi customer also praised the result of a kitchen renovation. Insulation work drew praise as well. In October 2025, a Google reviewer said their home felt cozy in winter after LMH insulated it. A November 2023 customer described insulation work followed by another completed project, praising an itemized quote, punctual arrival, explanations of the work and cleanup. Communication accounts include complaints. A July 2023 Google reviewer called David unprofessional and said the owner did not return calls. A December 2020 Angi reviewer said an initial job went well, but a staffer was unreliable during additional bid-related work, ignored some messages and did not provide a written estimate. Separately, an October 2024 Google customer praised Ingrid and David’s communication and described David returning calls when he could not answer during a job.
