New Vision Enterprise works out of 188 Court Street in Brockton, and its name shows up in the city's development news. The Enterprise News reported in July 2024 that Joseph Goncalves, the company's principal, had won approval to scale his Petronelli Way project down from six stories to five; that December the Bay State Banner described the company as the only bidder on the city parcel at 11-15 Frederick Douglass Ave, where its housing proposal went nowhere. The 2024 permit work is smaller and closer to home — office wiring on Main Street, plumbing fixture work at addresses on Spring Street, Tribou Street and Perkins Avenue — four projects in all on BuildZoom. The company is certified as a Minority Business Enterprise by the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office, #20200327, verified active, holds an SBA HUBZone certification verified active, and is registered in the federal System for Award Management. Two things to settle before you call. BuildZoom lists an Asbestos Contractor licence, #AC001071, under the company name — check that number directly with the state's asbestos contractor register. The same page also gives a North Easton address and a different phone from the Brockton office on the company's own one-page site, so confirm which office you are dealing with. New Vision Enterprise is the more natural call for a building or development project than for a single-room job. Ask for the scope in writing, a certificate of insurance and a couple of recent references before any work starts.
