Ln masonry and General construction

I communicated with Luiz Nascimento, owner of LN Masonry and Chimney about needing a chimney replacement. He came to the house and went up to the roof with me, to inspect the chimney and make recommendations. In the course of his conversation with me he taught me a great deal about proper chimney builds, with information such as the importance of and the need for a properly constructed crown that overhangs the chimney, expansion joints, and one chimney cap that will cover both flues (as opposed to two separate ones which was what the current chimney has). Luiz further explained the process of the chimney rebuild, which would mean totally removing the existing chimney and rebuilding from the top of the roof up. I had subsequent questions after he left the house and before the actual work was initiated. Luiz was consistently very prompt in responding to text messages and phone calls, was very approachable and easy to talk to, as well as being the most courteous and polite contractor I have every worked with. In all cases, he fully answered my questions to my satisfaction. Luiz was extremely helpful in working with us in choosing an appropriately colored brick that would match (and not clash) with especially the stone on the front of the house. He was accountable and on-site at critical times when the work was being done. All his laborers are courteous and respectful. They did phenomenal job consistently cleaning up after themselves. The chimney replacement was to be followed by a roof replacement by another contractor. Luiz initiated a conversation with the roofer to discuss the plan for flashing and timeliness of starting the roof replacement as a soon as possible after the chimney rebuild was completed. The cost of the chimney replacement was very reasonable and in the end, there were no hidden charges. Luiz also repaired a few joints in the stone on the face of the house at no extra charge. The chimney replacement was beautifully crafted and we are extremely pleased with it. In fact, the final result exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend LN Masonry for chimney replacements.

We couldn’t be happier with the work done by LN Masonry & Chimney! Luiz and his crew are absolutely amazing and did an incredible job on multiple projects at our home. They completely rebuilt our chimney, completed a beautiful stone tile and patio in our backyard, and also installed a brick patio in the front of our house. Every project turned out fantastic! Luiz and his crew are extremely talented, knowledgeable, meticulous, and professional. The attention to detail and quality of their workmanship really stand out. They were also very fair with their pricing, followed through on everything they promised, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. It’s not always easy to find contractors who take as much pride in their work as Luiz and his crew do. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish, and we would absolutely use them again for future projects. A+ all around! Highly recommend LN Masonry & Chimney to anyone looking for quality masonry work, beautiful craftsmanship, fair pricing, and a crew you can trust!

I couldn't be happier with Luiz and his crew. Great communication, fair pricing and high quality work. Showed up to the job on time. His crew works hard and go above and beyond to make you happy. It's been a long time since I was so impressed with the quality of a person I hired. You can just tell he is a great guy. I highly recommend him....and I don't say that often.

LN was great they rebuilt and repaired our chimney after it was leaking and falling apart. His team was quick, clean and kind. The copper flashing craftsmanship looks great and proves experience

Lou and his team did a fantastic job on my chimney. I needed my roof replaced, upon inspecting my roof I noticed my chimney need to be redone from the roof line up. Lou was referred to me and I couldn’t be happier with the result. He coordinated with the roofer to do the chimney the day before the roof was getting done. In doing this it ensured me that there wasn’t going to be any more water damage due to the lack of flashing. I highly recommend Lou to any one with masonry needs.
