A 2019 customer who needed about an acre of woods cleared next to their house said MJS called the same day they reached out through Home Advisor. That 2019 customer said Jay came by the next morning to put together a quote, looked for a way in that would minimize damage to the existing yard, and had the job done within 3 days. A 2021 customer said Jason built a large retaining wall on the property, came over twice before the start to go over the plans, and priced out ideas to enhance the project. That 2021 customer said Jason cleaned the space and resodded the affected lawn when he finished, and the final price ended up almost exactly on target with the estimate. In a 2018 review, a customer said Michelle and Jay filled in a pool and re-graded the yard. A 2018 customer said they worked till midnight to level the ground, including the sand, and came back the next day to put up the pool. A 2019 customer said they did a spring cleanup, removed a tree, tore down an old structure and then bulldozed a weeded area. A 2020 customer said MJS handled both their mowing and snow removal and planted new shrubs for the front and side of the house.
