Local Pride

A 2025 customer said they had used Local Pride for home heating oil delivery since 2005. The company's own website sets it against the range of heating oil companies in Southeast New Hampshire, "From one truck operators to international mega-corporations," with the line "To Local Pride you're family." A 2026 customer described prompt, quick delivery and said a setup and payment problem with a new account was fixed over the phone in under two minutes. A 2024 customer said Local Pride came down their dirt road, which other companies refused to come down, and left a note on the door when they first bought the house saying the dryer vent was clogged. A 2025 customer said they came out early. A 2025 customer thanked the company for working with them so they would not be without heat that winter. In a 2024 review, a customer said a delivery driver called the police on them at their own house, and an officer then questioned them about drinking and driving. That 2024 customer also said the driver told the police to make sure they paid, though the company had already charged their credit card, and wrote that a simple private apology would have sufficed.
