Perfect Plumbing & Heating Inc

When the water stopped at one customer's house, Perfect Plumbing & Heating came the same day, according to an October 2026 Google review. The South Sanford company's four written reviews are all from fall 2026. A September 2026 customer said Dave worked through a problem at least two other people had failed to fix, getting hold of the right people and knowing what he was doing. Another that month praised the service on their Monitor heaters, and a third called the crew thorough, knowledgeable and on time. The company says it has 38 years in business, and a Press Herald piece puts its time in York County at 38 years as well. Its site lists plumbing and heating services, water treatment, radiant heating, central air conditioning, appliances and repair, and K-1 and oil prices with pre-buy contracts, along with Toyotomi Monitor and Rinnai heaters. On Google it holds 4.3 stars from 69 ratings. Richard E. Burke Jr holds an active Maine plumber licence, MS8177, on the state registry.
