In July 2026 a customer had a 3-zone Mitsubishi mini-split system installed and singled out Spencer, the installer, for his craftsmanship and attention to detail. In September 2026, a customer in Millinocket said Spencer, their installer, explained the new heat pumps thoroughly, at the second place where Solar Logix had installed heat pumps for them. Logix, the Belfast company that grew up as Solar Logix, says it was established in 2015, is family-owned, and works on what its site calls beneficial electrification. Josh owns the company, per a May 2023 review and an April 2026 review. A July 2026 reviewer had four units installed by a five-person crew and called them quiet but powerful. In another July 2026 review, a customer said Chris and crew were fast and thorough and even vacuumed after installing their heat pump. A June 2026 reviewer described Ren doing the electrical install and Spencer the inside and outside units; a second June 2026 reviewer said Ren called the next day about a needed inspection. An April 2026 customer whose ducted whole-home system Logix installed two years earlier praised the annual service by a tech named Tyler, including a thorough cleaning. In July 2026, a reviewer said Logix technicians diagnosed and fixed long-standing problems with a heat pump at their church when others could not. In a March 2026 review, master plumber Cheyenne Cashman and journeyman Nat installed a customer's hybrid heat pump hot water heater. An April 2026 customer said Ethan and Cheyenne installed theirs in an afternoon and removed the old unit. A December 2025 reviewer said Cheyenne called a week after the install to make sure the new water heater was working well. In May 2026, Nat and Cheyenne relocated a customer's new hot water tank. In April 2026, a reviewer thanked Nick and Shawn for resetting their solar panels, showing up the day after the call; a December 2023 Reddit commenter said Solar Logix was the only one of the five companies they called that came out for a site visit. A May 2026 reviewer said the final bill came in several times higher than initially advised, and that Logix corrected it after they spoke. A May 2026 one-star reviewer wrote: "Bottom tier quality for a top shelf price." A June 2026 customer, otherwise happy, said communication before the install was lacking. We just had Solar Logix install a set of heatpumps in our place in Millinocket!! Spencer, our installer, was prompt, professional, and took care to explain the units thoroughly!! This is the second place we've had Solar Logix install heatpumps, they are always Awesome!! 5 🌟
I’m am thrilled with my split-system installation by Logix! Spenser did an absolutely fantastic job!! His work was precise, neat and clean. He explained all steps of the installation process and left me with all the operational instructions needed. I would highly recommend Logix to all others interested in a heatpump system!!
Spencer and Ren installed 2 new heat pumps for us. When they arrived and after brief introductions, they proceeded with the install. They never stopped working. So efficient and knowledgeable about the product and what they were doing. I don't think they hardly took a break or had lunch, just worked. They did a fantastic job and were very courteous! Cleaned up the job site well and explained what they did. We were very pleased with a job well done!!
The whole process was easy start to finish and the install was quick to be scheduled after city permitting came in. Nat and Spencer were awesome during the install, quick, tidy, and great with our puppy who was in and out throughout the day. Will use Logix again if the need arises!
We just had our two heat pumps serviced by Andrew today. He was very professional and did a thorough job. I would highly recommend Solar Logix!
