They said Lawrence repeatedly could not return, provided an incorrect manufacturer phone number and left them to hire another plumber. Lawrence installed the boiler 3 years ago. I told him that I was selling the house. He came and gave boiler repair $1000 estimate and promised he will fix it but he never showed up for 2 months. I had to sell the house with $3000 in escrow account for boiler repair and dealing with the escrow account several months after the closing.
Very bad customer service. I paid $890 to install a water heater. It broke within one year and it should be under warranty for both labor and parts. I called Lawrence to check out the water heater. He kept saying he was super crazy busy and didn't have any available time to come back to fix the water heater. He gave me a manufacturer's phone number to call for parts. That was a wrong number. I had to go to another plumber to call the manufacturer for parts and paid $200 for labor to fix the water heater.
