After very detailed site visits, proposals and conversation with Alex, I hired him to facilitate a “whole energy upgrade” on my 1970’s (not an easy task) home. This consisted of adding insulation, replacing outdated insulation, ventilating bathrooms appropriately, bringing various plumbing and electrical up to code and installing heat pumps to replace my existing outdated electrical heat. The tracks to the heat pumps through my walls were sheet rocked, mudded and re-painted as if the large (necessary) holes in the walls were never there. Alex and his team were incredibly organized, respectful and communicative. I knew exactly what was happening in my home and on my property with advanced notice and opportunity to weigh in. His two week timeline estimate was right on track, with cleaners coming in just two days before christmas to leave my home sparking clean. He was methodical about alerting me to any changes and ensuring my home and family felt safe with multiple contractors in and out daily. He ensured either himself or his counterpart Rufus were on site at all times to oversee subcontractors and ensure the site was opened and closed appropriately. They started each day by protecting my floors and ended each day sweeping, mopping, replacing furniture and even leaf blowing sawdust and scraps off my driveway and yard left from other subcontractors. The card and holiday cookies from Alex’s wife and kids was the cherry on top! Highly recommend Lord Building Solutions.

I worked with Alex to do an Aeroseal on my whole home renovation. Alex and his team did a great Job, his communication leading up to the project was excellent, he kept to the agreed upon schedule and I'm very happy with the results!
