Was very communicative and receptive about the work we wanted done. On the day of an appointment an emergency came up and Lou asked to reschedule. No problem. On the day of the rescheduled appointment Lou said we were not located where he thought it was and was over an hour away mentioning he had three separate appointments and had to use another plumber. Not reliable and wasted our time.

I had a double clog mess on a Monday night—my kitchen sink and bathroom sink were both clogged, and the kitchen issue was also affecting my garbage disposal and dishwasher. I even had some flooding in the kitchen. I left Lou a message Tuesday morning, and he called me back within about 15 minutes. He rearranged his schedule to come out right away and even stopped at Home Depot beforehand to pick up a replacement garbage disposal just in case I needed one. That kind of responsiveness and preparation was awesome. When Lou got to my house, he was super friendly, personable, and professional. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why he was doing it, so I actually understood what was going on. On top of fixing both clogs, he gave me some really helpful maintenance tips to hopefully prevent the same issues from happening again. I really appreciated that because it showed he genuinely cares about helping his customers rather than just getting the job done and moving on. His pricing was extremely fair and reasonable, and the entire experience was great from start to finish. It’s not easy to find someone who’s this responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I’ll definitely be using Lou again, including for my upcoming kitchen renovation, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lou’s Plumbing Services to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

Lou was very responsive in getting back on my message and setting up a time to come out; he was professional, friendly, well-equipped, listened well, and handled my problem knowingly and completely. I am so grateful!

Lou and his helper did a great job. He was able to do the job with short notice. The water heater was beginning to leak so it was a matter if time before I had a bigger problem. Cleaned up after the install, took away old parts. Got back to me quickly with my questions. Thank you!

Lou installed a macerating toilet in our basement. He and his colleague did a fantastic job and were extremely efficient, very neat, and entirely professional. He even repaired a second running toilet for no extra charge. Would definitely rely on him for any plumbing needs!
