Great communication, excellent service, and a fair price! They were on time and we were very happy with their work. Could have done a bit better on the clean up, but considering everything else, Brushy Hill definitely gets 5 stars. They’ll be our go-to plumbers going forward!
After dealing with two plumbers one that never even stepped foot in my house, but was sure my hot water heater was to blame for my water issues. The second was too lazy to do his job, just told me I needed to get my water tested with the state that it couldn’t be a plumbing issue. I contacted Brushy Hill plumbing. It was such a relief to find someone Who actually listened to me. They took apart the trap and found the issue and made sure everything was working properly. They also checked my other drains for me as well. It’s rare to find someone who is thorough, professional, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend brushy Hill plumbing if you’re looking for an honest Plumber, who takes the time to listen and solve the problem. I will definitely use them again in a heartbeat!
I have used Brushy Hill several times for toilet and small leaking issues. Today we woke up to a "whooooshing" sound and discovered the hot water heater burst and was spraying water all over the basement. There was probably 6 inches of water down there. Contacted Brushy Hill at 7:45 and saw they didn't open until 9. Vinny texted me back at 7:50 and said he'd come by when he was done with his job, and he DID. He helped me figure out the sump pump, got us a new hot water heater, fixed some pipe issues, and had everything cleaned up, installed, and functioning within a few hours. All done in freezing cold temps and a foot of snow on the ground, and yet Vinny had a great attitude, sense of humor, and lots of patience. I am so grateful and can;t recommend them strongly enough!
Vin Jr and Sr. Great service. Called at 9am new water heater removed and a new one installed by 1PM. I recommend them HIGHLY. Fast service and very clean work ethics.
