The Wrentham company describes itself as family-owned, offering residential and commercial electrical work with 24/7 emergency service across towns from Attleboro and Franklin to Milford and Norwood. Urgent calls account for many of the stories. In a January 2026 review, a customer whose house had an electrical fire, with no heat or power in freezing weather, said the company sent help right away, restored service, handled the permit and checked that everything worked. A 2023 customer whose service wire was torn off the house by a falling tree said the crew was there within a half hour of the wire being cut from the pole and had the inspector out immediately. In August 2025, a family nearing a closing date found outdated wiring; the crew came the next day and finished the rewiring in time for the inspection. The smaller jobs read the same way. An August 2026 customer says Tom installed a kitchen light, a ceiling fan and new switches and outlets, and an April 2026 reviewer described a new 240V kitchen circuit estimated quickly and installed a few days later in a couple of hours. Price is where the complaints land. A January 2026 customer said $400 for 45 minutes of work, priced from a book on top of a visit fee, was absurd; another that month said the company quoted $3,005 to add a couple of basement outlets against another electrician's $500. An October 2025 reviewer said the crew replaced one fuse, said they couldn't do three other jobs, charged $516 and pushed a $10,000 panel replacement. A March 2025 customer who had used them three or four times objected to a $59 evaluation fee. A 2022 customer said no one came overnight for malfunctioning smoke alarms despite the after-hours call. The Massachusetts electrician license #17387 is active, held by James J Loughlin. The BBB grades the company A+ and lists it as accredited.
