I had high hopes when I decided to switch to solar energy with Sunrun through Love Solar Energy Sevices, but my experience has been nothing like I expected. The installation process has been incredibly frustrating. It started over a year ago, and even now, the system is still not fully functioning. I was promised a smooth, timely setup, but instead, I’ve spent over a year waiting and dealing with constant delays. Despite all the back-and-forth, the system still isn’t working as it should. It's supposed to reduce my electricity costs, but instead, it’s not functioning properly, costing me more time and money. As for savings, I’ve seen no reduction in my electric bill. If anything, my bill has increased, adding to the already high costs I was hoping to reduce with solar. What was supposed to save me money has instead become an additional financial burden. To make matters worse, communication with Sunrun's customer service has been abysmal. Every time I reach out, I’m met with long wait times and representatives who seem to have little understanding of my situation. It’s been nearly impossible to get clear answers or resolutions, leaving me feeling frustrated and helpless. When I asked if someone could come take a look at the system, I was told it could only be done for an additional $600, which is outrageous considering that the system was only installed a few months ago. In summary, my experience with Sunrun has been a complete disappointment. What was supposed to be a cost-effective, eco-friendly solution has turned into an ongoing headache with no tangible results. If you're considering solar, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Great team and Vinny is a stand-up guy! They helped my parents get solar and a new roof, and we didn't need to pull out a loan for it. Very professional but fun group of people.
