Its written record runs 2018 to 2024, and it is consistent: 5.0 across 42 Houzz reviews, 4.4 across 14 Google ratings. Two things repeat. The first is pace and cleanup — a 2020 reviewer had two skylights and a full roof done in two days, with day three for hauling everything away; a 2023 Google reviewer counted three days and "no nails left behind." The second is who shows up: Ro and Laryssa get named directly, over and over, by people describing the quote, the schedule and the follow-up. They also take the jobs other roofers won't. In a 2019 review a homeowner described calling several companies about a leak where the roof met the chimney, and being ignored or turned down by all of them because the job was small, before Romulo redesigned the chimney flashing and special-ordered a new chase. A general contractor writing in 2019 said his firm had used Loyalty for fifteen years at trade rates. Two things to settle before signing. Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration 178244, held by Loyalty Exterior Solutions LLC, comes back expired in the state registry — roofing is not one of the trades Massachusetts exempts from registering, so ask where that stands now and get current insurance certificates. And the company's website advertises that it is BBB accredited; BBB's own page states it is not, while separately grading it A+. The grade is real. Accreditation is a different thing, and it isn't there. The other honest caveat is age. Nothing written has landed since May 2024, so the praise above is history rather than proof of how the crew works this season. For a straightforward MetroWest roof replacement — or a small leak nobody else will climb up to look at — they're a reasonable call, provided the registration question gets a clear answer first.
