Lucas Manning is a Wellfleet, MA contractor whose Massachusetts home improvement contractor licence, 167987, is active on the state registry. In a 2021 BuildZoom review, a homeowner wrote that Luke built a 35’ x 15’ Ipe deck for them with steel cables. That 2021 review said every corner and edge fits perfectly and that the substructure is solid with no give or bounce, and called him a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work. In a 2017 BuildZoom review, another homeowner listed work Lucas had done on their home: gutting a bathroom, re-shingling the entire house, building cabinets in the living room and remodeling the kitchen. That 2017 review called him neat, skillful and competent, and said he was the only contractor who had worked on the home.

Luke is one of the finest carpenters I have ever worked with. I’ve built two homes and have added additions on to our home and Incan honestly say Luke’s workmanship is superb. He is a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work. He built a 35’ x 15’ Ipe deck for us with steel cables and it is magnificent. Every corner snd edge fits perfectly and the substructure (often ignored) is solid with no give or bounce. I would highly recommend Luke without hesitation. Great and honest craftsman.
I would highly recommend Lucas without reservation or hesitation. He has done a great deal of work on my home including: gutting a bathroom, re-shingling my entire house, building cabinets in the living room, remodeling my kitchen. He is neat, he has integrity, he is skillful and competent and a pleasure to do business with. He is the only contractor who has worked on my home.
