One more bit of arithmetic: the 5.0 on BuildZoom rests on a single 2019 review, so the counts that mean anything are Google's 28 and Houzz's 42.
Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, and its BBB page is an A+ with accreditation. This is the call for a whole-room or whole-house renovation on the outer Cape — Orleans, Wellfleet, Truro, Provincetown — especially on an older house where matching what's already there matters. Ask who your project manager will be, and get the material lead times in writing before the demo starts.
