Lucineia

Three customers have left word about Lucineia Cleaning since 2019, and all three rated it five stars. The Somerville-area house cleaner (its Angi listing gives a Fremont St. address; Thumbtack places it in neighboring Everett) says on both directories that it's been operating for seven years, and Angi's own service list names maid service, post-construction clean-up, and duct and vent cleaning alongside regular residential house cleaning. The written record is thin but consistent. In a June 2021 review, a customer who'd used the cleaner for over a year called the work wonderful and praised the flexible scheduling. An earlier 2019 review, from the same kind of ongoing bimonthly arrangement, said much the same in different words - easy to communicate with, highly recommended. The newest word, a brief January 2025 Thumbtack review, just calls it 'a very good cleaner.' Only three accounts have surfaced across more than five years, so there isn't much beyond those to weigh against. For a straightforward maid-service job or a one-time post-construction clean-up in the Somerville/Everett area, what's on file is three five-star accounts describing flexible scheduling and easy communication - worth a quick call to confirm current pricing and availability before booking.
