He also made a point of helping me understand what was wrong and what I could expect from an oven as old as mine!

Samir was extremely responsive when I reached out on a Sunday afternoon to inquire about replacing my broken disposal. He gave me a quote over the phone and was available Monday morning at 9am. He easily swapped out the old and replaced the new disposal. I would definitely use Samir and Lunook Appliances again for any repairs.

Sameer has been very professional and responsive throughout the repair process. Dishwasher too a bit longer to repair as a couple of control boards had to be replaced which resulted in delayed timeline. However, Sameer kept us informed throughout the period. Highly recommend!

Samir did such a great job installing our 7’ tall panel ready fridge. The process took a while due to complexities associated with installing this type of fridges, but they were very diligent and took time and effort to ensure everything was installed the right way! The fridge had some mfg defect on its door which impacted the way the door was closing. Samir and his partner took their time to try different ways to fix it, which took them quite some time, but they made it work eventually! The door is working perfectly and I didn’t have to deal with the warranty, etc. So I really appreciate their diligence and care! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a high quality installation service at an affordable price!
