Saint David’s Plumbing and Heating is the kind of small plumbing operation people call for a stubborn clog, a leaking faucet, a failed heating unit, or work under the sink. Recent Google reviews repeatedly name Sam, who customers describe as clear about the problem, quick to respond, careful in the house, and willing to return when a repair needs a second visit. The jobs described are concrete: a Navien unit restored heat, an outdoor faucet was replaced, an upstairs tub was cleared, a clogged kitchen drain section was replaced, leaking pipes and shutoff valves were repaired, and a kitchen faucet and washing-machine plumbing were addressed. Customers also mention clean work areas, fair pricing, and explanations before the work begins. There is no written negative review in the current set, and Google shows 11 ratings at five stars. The practical next step is to confirm the scope, materials, and price for the particular repair before scheduling.
I recently had St. David’s Plumbing come out to service my Navien unit after it stopped producing heat, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and easy to deal with. The owner, Sam, was especially impressive. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with the system and how he was going to fix it. He didn’t rush through anything and made sure I understood the process, which I really appreciated. The issue was diagnosed and resolved quickly, and my heat was back up and running without any hassle. Overall, great communication, honest service, and solid workmanship. I would definitely recommend St. David’s Plumbing to anyone needing reliable heating or plumbing work.
Sam is great - I value that he works hard and takes pride in his results, but maybe I appreciate even more that he is an excellent communicator. He comes when he says he will, he’s honest about what he can and can’t do, and he’s respectful of the house and family.
Sam replaced our outdoor faucet and did a great job. He was professional, responsive, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Everything works perfectly, and he left the area clean when he was done. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.
We had a backed-up upstairs bathtub that we'd tried to snake ourselves with no luck. We called Saint David's and Sam discovered the reason the snake wasn't working. Turns out there was an obstruction from getting the snake down there in the first place. Sam was able to get the tub unclogged in no time. He arrived on-time, left the bathroom spotless after the job was done and charged a very fair price. Excellent work - will be calling again for future plumbing needs.
Saint David's Plumbing and Heating has done excellent and very reasonably priced plumbing work for us on at least two occasions. In addition to fixing leaking water pipes and installing new shut off valves, helping to fix our dishwasher and relocating plumbing, Sam (the plumber) also looked at our gas heating pipes and let us know that he could help install new gas piping and a new gas water heater and replace our toilet as well. His prices compared to others was great and the area was clean and Sam made sure to not track in any dirt etc.. Very reliable, Highly recommend.
