Jamie gave me a price , ask for $800 deposit, came and put up posts than never saw him again

So many attributes we LOVED about Lynch Fence as follows: 1. Jamie (owner) came out within 48 hrs. to view our request for a 2-sided privacy fence for hot tub in backyard. Very courteous and clear on what the company offered. 2. This one and only meeting was quick and efficient. No layers of sales reps to take your time. 3.The price was fair and beat the competitor in our area. We had the previous fence 25 years, so it was important to our budget to go with Lynch Fence, as we don't do reno changes often. 4. Jamie told us when his crew was coming to install and that also was reasonable. Note: There can be busy seasons (normal) 5. He suggested we go with a vinyl fence which was complimentary to our house color and would have longevity. 5. His crew was skilled and professional...took away the old fence and left the area spotless. Wiped down the fence after install. Who does that?? Wow... The process was seamless.. Jamie and his crew were very professional in installing a cedar fence in our front yard not only did Lynch Fence listen to our request but made excellent suggestions, We reached out to other fence companies in our area but everyone of them told us we need to install brand new, Jamie inspected our old cedar rails and indicated they were in very good shape and so was the wire mesh screen, that saved us money in these high money times. I had a fence installed by Lynch Fence and when they dug for one of the posts, they hit a line to my septic and caused damage. When we finally figured out why our septic was backing up, Lynch had someone out to remove the fence post and install it again.
