Our community recently hired this paving company for parking lot seal coating and resurfacing work, and the experience was extremely disappointing from both a professionalism and workmanship standpoint. The first major issue was the lack of proper traffic control and clear markings during the project. There were only a few cones placed throughout the lot, with little to no guidance showing residents or visitors where they were allowed to drive. No clear directional signs or adequate caution markings were provided, which created confusion for multiple vehicles throughout the day. An elderly woman encountered this confusion when she entered the parking lot. After becoming unsure where traffic was being directed, she attempted to navigate around the blocked areas. Before she even exited her vehicle, several workers aggressively approached her car yelling. One worker even shouted to neighborhood children, encouraging them to kick a soccer ball at her vehicle. I personally witnessed the interaction and have video footage of the incident. What made the situation even more concerning was that this behavior was not isolated. Throughout the afternoon, I watched several additional drivers become confused due to the poor setup and unclear traffic flow. The crew later added more cones and caution tape, which only confirmed that the original setup was inadequate. In addition to the unacceptable conduct, the quality of the work itself has been very poor. Multiple parking spaces were left uneven, resulting in large puddles and standing water after the project was completed. The drainage and leveling issues remain unresolved, and flooding continues to occur in several areas of the parking lot following rainfall. I was also uncomfortable with the inappropriate conversations and explicit language openly used by crew members while children were outside playing nearby. This is a residential family community, and the lack of professionalism was very noticeable. There are also concerns within the that the company hired a 14 year boy to work for them under the table during the summer, which raises additional questions about the company’s standards and management practices. Overall, this company created unnecessary stress for residents, handled interactions unprofessionally, and delivered subpar work that continues to cause problems after completion. Based on this experience, I would not recommend hiring them for residential community projects.

I couldn’t be happier with the driveway seal coating job. From the initial estimate to the completed work, very professional, punctual, and attentive to detail. They thoroughly prepared the driveway, applied the seal coat evenly, and left the area clean when they finished. The driveway looks fantastic and has a smooth, fresh appearance that greatly improved the curb appeal of my home. They were friendly, answered all of my numerous questions, and clearly takes pride in their work. It’s refreshing to work with a company that delivers exactly what they promise. Adam delivered as promised on my driveway project, which was larger and a bit more complex than a typical driveway. He did a fantastic job and kept to the estimate as well. An honest, hard-working guy who provides superior quality and value. I definitely recommend him.
