M&C Cleaning Services

M&C Cleaning Services covers a long stretch of the North Shore and Greater Boston — Peabody, Revere, Malden, Lynn, Beverly, Salem and a dozen more towns — with regular house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, Airbnb turnover and commercial cleaning. All 11 reviews on file are from this year, and every one of them is five stars. Two individual cleaners come up by name and get singled out for the same kind of praise: Maria, whom one client says leaves the house 'better than when I clean' — down to how she rearranges blankets and furniture — and Carolina, described as detail-oriented and dedicated, with results one reviewer called spotless and organized. Clients on standing schedules back up the pattern: one with two dogs at home says the team's thoroughness matters to her, and a biweekly client says the quality has stayed consistent visit to visit. Even the logistics draw praise — one reviewer had an appointment moved up a day early after a cancellation opened a slot, calling the communication and flexibility a plus. For a homeowner who wants a specific person cleaning consistently rather than an anonymous rotating crew, it's worth asking whether Maria, Carolina, or someone else would be assigned to the job.
