M&F Asbestos Abatement Inc., owned by Freddy, did an outstanding job removing the lead-painted wood shingles from the exterior of my home in Cranston, Rhode Island. The wood shingles were located underneath the aluminum siding, which was subsequently replaced by a different company. Freddy and his crew were extremely professional, thorough, and careful throughout the entire project. They followed all required lead-abatement regulations and took great care to properly contain and clean the work area. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail in cleaning the surrounding property and structure, ensuring there were no lead paint chips, debris, or nails left on the ground. A special thank-you goes to Freddy, who is truly an honorable person and went above and beyond what was expected. He completed additional work that improved the overall appearance of my home at no additional cost. Throughout the project, Freddy was always available to answer my questions, clearly explained the work being performed, and never cut corners. The mortgage company’s inspector was completely satisfied with the work based on the photographs, documentation, and general observation of the completed work from the exterior.
