Johnnys and his crew are/ were outstanding, Passionate, caring, Understanding, Sympathetic, Just enjoy the deal with. Professional. Explain to me step-by-step what was gonna happen and what they were gonna do the next day when they came. Packed on my worldly belongings into a pod gently and carefully. Cleaned up after themselves every day. Made the situation a little bit less stressful for me. To have people I could trust in my home. Johnny , Evan, and Greg are wonderful Gentlemen. They are welcome in my home anytime. Thank you for sending your best in a time of need. Now on the other hand, I did have a problem with one of the gentlemen named Nick, he came in like a tornado. I can’t say enough wonderful things about how amazing this company treated me during a very stressful time! My water heater went two days before I was heading on vacation. They came immediately and started to clean up all the water. They were at my house for almost two full days and could not have been any nicer! I was so pleased with their professionalism and how kind they were through the whole process. Every person that I dealt with from the office to the guys that came to do the work were just the nicest people. I highly recommend PFR!
