M&L Roth Garage Doors

M&L Roth Garage Doors describes itself on its website as a family-owned garage door repair, sales, and installation business based in Tyngsboro, MA, serving Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. The site says the family has offered garage door services in that area for over 20 years and names Mark Roth as the contact. In a 2021 review, a customer with a broken spring on one of their overhead doors wrote that Mark Roth called within 30 minutes of the HomeAdvisor listing, came on time, and said replacing both springs was not necessary. That 2021 customer wrote that he did not try to upsell anything, said the less-used door hardware looked fine, lubricated all the hinges and rollers, and charged much less than expected. A separate 2021 reviewer wrote that Mark and crew installed 2 garage doors in 1 day in tight quarters. In a 2022 review, a customer said Mark did a great job installing the garage door and called it beautiful. A 2023 reviewer wrote that Mark installed a new garage door and that it "looks and performs great." In a 2024 review, a customer whose 24-year-old Craftsman opener chain broke said Mark came right out and quoted $400; that 2024 customer thought the quote was for a repair, but Mark came back a few days later and installed a brand new opener for the same price. Another 2024 reviewer wrote that Mark was at the house shortly after their phone conversation, gave a very competitive estimate he adhered to, and that all materials were removed. In a 2022 review, a customer who wanted a garage door opener fixed, not replaced, said a replacement is what they ended up with.
