My wife and I were on our search for our forever home, which was not so easy with my progressive disease. After a normal amount of time, (best things come when u wait) and visits of what was out there we found our home. We just have to move in. Pat Bagni-Latimer is absolutely, positively, AMAZING! At a very stressful time for me, she made the process of finding a new apartment so easy. She found the perfect place for me and was very straight forward and honest about every step of the rental process. It took some time to find the right place, but I I love my new home. She treated me like family and even came by on the day I moved in to see if I needed anything. How many realtors do that for a renter? NONE!!! I cant say enough about how wonderful this woman is to deal with. We keep in touch because she is just that kind of person. Recently reached out about a rental property I was interested in. I spoke to Pat early the next morning after my inquiry. She agreed to meet me 15 minutes later to see the property - truly amazing! Over the next few days, Pat and I communicated several times. She always responds VERY quickly with accurate information. I have found her to be friendly, professional, and extremely thorough.
