She took the time to truly listen to what we were looking for in our new home, she was extremely patient and never rushed us into a decision. In fact, we worked together for 4 years before we found our new home! She was with us every step of the way, including many open houses, walking buildable lots with us, and submitting multiple offers for us! We did not realize all the behind-the-scenes work that Sadie was going to do for us, we thought it was just open houses and submitting offers, but she did much more than that for us during selling/buying process. Sadie went above and beyond for us, submitting offers while on vacation, going to Town Hall checking on permits, meeting contractors/inspectors when we could not make it! She transitioned our entire solar contract to the new home buyers for us which saved us a lot of time and headaches. We would not hesitate to contact Sadie for our next new home! Sadie Guichard, of EXIT Assurance Realty, is the best realtor we’ve dealt with while trying to sell our townhouse. She is professional, kind, patient, and honest about the whole home selling/ buying process. She thinks of every detail so that you don’t have to. I recommend Sadie Guichard of EXIT Realty Assurance in Groton, MA as the BEST Real Estate Agent you can choose if you need to "Downsize" or sell your home. After moving into my new and smaller house, I realized I had 54 years of accumulated paraphernalia that still needed to be removed from the home I was selling. Sadie was the angel who took care of it. She moved, sold, donated, or disposed of it all so we could have the Open House. Gone were the extra plants, dishes, clothes, couches, dining tables, 12 filing cabinets, chests, tools, and bookcases. hundreds of books, boards, hardware, rugs, and the car! Sadie handled all the details in the most Energetic, Thoughtful, Friendly, and Professional way. She even supervised when workers came to do repairs. She volunteered to do all these things even though I did not expect her to do them. Sadie managed to turn what most people consider a sorrowful time into a Fantastic Experience for which I am forever grateful. Of course, this was in addition to selling the house well over asking.
