We had other realtors around as well as Matt, but we really resonated with him. He seemed to “get” us, much more than the other realtors. He listened to what we wanted, and did everything he could to help us reach our goal. He introduced us to Thea, who helped us stage our home for photos and showings, and our mantra became WWTD - “What Would Thea Do” when we were tidying up for open houses and showings, and also when we moved into our new place. Both Matt and Thea went above and beyond to help us get the best possible price, while also meeting our other needs with regards closing dates, timings, and everything else that comes with selling a house. Matt was even prepared to coordinate with our buyers agent (we bought out of Matt’s area), to help facilitate the purchase of our new home. We can’t say enough about Matt and our experience with his team. They were very detailed orientated which made the process of selling our home easy. They instructed us on things to do and arranging our home to make the best first impression possible. The photos and videos showed our home the way we see it! The first time Matt came to our house, a bald eagle landed on a pole just down below the house. It stayed there just about the whole time Matt was there. My husband and I said the eagle has landed and it assured us that we made the right decision with choosing SRS. Three days after our house went on the market we got an accepted offer!
