Macks Heating and Air Conditioning LLC

Another positive experience AGAIN with David and he’s team. Yesterday in the middle of the bad weather my furnace was not blowing any heat, was after 4PM when he’s son(my apologies for not remember he’s name )come come over and diagnose the issue e fix the problem in no time. My family and I can appreciate enough when we find contractors that are trustworthy, knowledgeable and care with a sence of emergency to help you. Thanks a bunch to this fine company.

Mack’s Heating And Air Conditioning was fantastic to work with from start to finish. David came out and went through a free consultation with us answering all our questions and providing us with some great feedback and options on our new Heat Pump install. He introduced me to the Electrical Team that his company works with and they as well did great work. David and his son Jackson were a pleasure to work with during the setup. They listen and take into consideration requests a home owner may have which is always great to have that open communication. Can’t say enough on the work performed by both father and son. Jackson who was the main lead on the install was very professional taking pride in delivering a finished product. The unit immediately started working perfectly upon testing which was great as our house needed the cooling during these warmer months. I highly recommend Mack’s Heating and Air Conditioning for their professionalism, diligence, and honesty. I will most definitely be using their services once again. Thank you David and Jackson once again!

We were so lucky to get a referral for Dave and Jackson at Mack's Heating and Air Conditioning from our electrician! Dave, the owner, came out and gave us a reasonable estimate (not outlandish like another we'd gotten) to replace the flex ducts in our basement and replace the insulation wrapping around our main metal duct and his son, Jackson, was able to fit it into his schedule the very next week which was so great. The previous owners who sold this house to us worked hard to hide the remnants of decades of rodent infestations in the insulations in the basement ceiling beams when we bought the house recently so we've been working to get rid of the aftermath of it including its horrible stench ever since so replacing the flex ducts and duct insulation wrap was yet another necessary step to having a clean home. Dave and Jackson really were fantastic in both helping us understand the work being done and in completing the work in the time allotted and to specifications. Thank goodness we found them because there are so many questionable businesses these days it seems. We've discussed with them having them upgrade our filtering system in the HVAC unit too now and possibly adding a UV light to kill bacteria and any other living organisms like viruses or mold. We're simply thrilled to have an honest and reliable HVAC company that we can rely on because having recently moved from Pennsylvania to be closer to our daughter who also moved here for law school has caused us lots of heartache in trying to find good, professional businesses. Thank you, Dave and Jackson!!

Dave and his crew did a wonderful job upgrading our outdoor heat pump condenser. Very professional, high quality job and affordable! Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.

We used Mack's Heating & AC to help us design, purchase and install a water filtration system after we discovered our well water contained a high level of arsenic. Dave and his team worked to get us the best (and most economical) system that would solve our problem and installed it in a professional and timely manner. Our water has never tasted so good! Highly recommend calling Dave and his team for all your HVAC needs!
