Juliet has been taking care of our home in Warren, VT for going on 5 years. They always leave the house sparkling clean and organized. It's easy to communicate and they always show up as planned. I have reached out to Juliet via email to inquire about rental turnover cleaning services and availability. She responded saying she has availability to take on new clients and would call me. She never called me. I emailed her back two more times and called her leaving a voicemail, and still no response. Communication is vital to a working relationship especially when looking to rely on someone to care for your home from afar.
