Mads Cleaning Inc is a house-cleaning company that says on its website it has been in business for seven years; a 2025 Google reviewer named the owner as Marcella. A 2025 customer said three cleaners came every two weeks and that the owner was quick to reply to questions. A 2025 reviewer who had been hectic for a while said the windows, doors, walls, bedrooms and bathrooms were organized afterward, and that they planned to continue service every other week. A 2025 customer said she scheduled a full day to clean the entire home within a week of meeting her, and recommended a rug cleaning company. A 2025 reviewer wrote that Marcelle and her team had been cleaning their house for years. A 2025 customer who gets nervous having strangers in the home said a friend referred them. In 2026, a Google reviewer gave one star, calling the price very high and the quality terrible, said Marcelle rarely responded to messages, and wrote that they canceled the service.
Marcelle is a very rude and rude person, she is not flexible at all, the cleaning price is very high, and the quality is terrible. Communication is terrible, she rarely responds to my messages, and I always have complaints about the cleaning done in my home. I canceled her services and do not recommend anyone to hire her company's cleaning services. 0/10
I Highly recommend Marcell & her team! I’m constantly on the go & coming home to a clean house is amazing. They are affordable & easy to work with. It is such a pleasure!
My life is hectic like everyone else’s- and in time things got out of hand. Mads Cleaning Inc was BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL! My house looks better than it did when I moved in. The windows, the doors, walls, bedrooms, bathrooms are organized, and overall stunning! I was treated with superior professionalism, pricing was exceptional and the outcome was beyond expectations. I will be continuing this service every other week- just amazing
We love Mads Cleaning! They are very thorough and Marcelle is wonderful to work with.
MADS is great! They’re thorough and fast. I have 3 ladies that come faithfully every 2 weeks. If there’s anything you want done, they’re very accommodating. The owner, Marcella, is quick to reply to questions and very responsive.
