I had an urgent toilet issue at one of my rental units, and Wesley was very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process. His team inspected the problem, found the cause, documented everything clearly, and replaced the toilet so the issue was completely taken care of. I also appreciated the photos, communication, and detailed invoice afterward. As a property owner, having someone who communicates and documents the work properly makes a big difference. I would definitely use Wesley again and recommend him to other property owners.

P&PP llc is a first-class company. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous. They repaired a very heavy sliding door that would not budge. The young man who came arrived at the appointed time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, which was more complicated than at first glance, had the correct tools on hand, and soon the door was glidely effortlessly and smoothly. . Others had tried to no avail or offered to try at an exorbitant price. I would use this company for any service they offer.
Emergency timing for a clogged sewer line exploding into my basement; showed up very quickly. Very professional, knowledgeable and honest. No games or shitty upsell attempts. Warned me of the potential of a massive mess that Id have to pay extra to have cleaned, but mitigated that issue entirely, and left my basement cleaner than when I had the issue in the first place. Showed me live camera views of the before and after of their work, and provided knowledge to prevent my problems going forward, instead of letting the problem occur again so they could get another job. VERY satisfied, good work guys. I've had bad contractors in the past. When you think the bill these guys give you might be a bit high, just shut up and let them work, and pay it, because they get it done, and done RIGHT.
