Yart Home Improvements customers hire Tiago and his team for work ranging from built-in bookshelves to an entire main-level remodel. The company advertises kitchen and bathroom renovations, basement finishing and custom carpentry across South Windsor, Newington, West Hartford, Wethersfield, Berlin and neighboring towns. It says it has five years in business and offers free estimates. Google lists a 5-star average from 17 ratings. Customers’ written accounts span 2024–2026, with July 2026 reviewers praising communication, workmanship and responsiveness. One July customer had already hired the team for several jobs and was pleased with the results. The larger projects include a December 2025 main-level remodel. That homeowner described plumbing, electrical work, kitchen cabinets, walls, ceilings and floors, and said the team finished within the discussed timeframe and cleaned the work area every day. A July 2024 kitchen customer likewise praised punctual arrivals and cleanup each night. An October 2024 repeat customer described completed bathrooms, kitchens, interior and exterior work, including a full remodel, and called the price more than fair. Smaller projects receive specific praise as well. In March 2026, a customer said Tiago built a fireplace and bookshelves from their design inspiration and kept communication clear throughout. January 2026 customers separately described a kitchen-island installation, a basement bathroom-and-laundry combination and deck work. The island customer praised the price and professionalism; the basement customer praised communication and affordability. Several homeowners have returned over time. A July 2024 reviewer described varied projects over several years and said Tiago worked with them to achieve what they wanted. A June 2024 investment-property customer reported using the team for both small and large projects, with work finishing earlier than expected on multiple occasions and solutions offered for their particular problems.
