Unfortunately, I won’t be using services again. I had a deep clean service on my carpets in my new apartment. Leading up to the appointment, scheduling a walkthrough with Anthony was a bit of pain, as he tried to reschedule appointment 1 hour before but luckily he was able to keep to his word and follow through. After he analyzed carpets, he stated that he would be able to remove about 85% to 90% of the stains on the carpet as he has experience doing majority of his work in construction clean up. Although, I was undecided, I gave him a chance. He arrived to the appointment and began later than expected time. After he performed the service, the carpet seemed to be clean (especially the very noticeable spots in the unit). After a few days pass, I would say that the carpet were 75% to 80% clean. After service I asked for an invoice for my records besides the Venmo payment reciept (which as of this day, I have not received the invoice). I eventually bought my own carpet cleaner (Bissell) and can say that I used a concentrated solution ($21 in Walmart) and now my carpets are up to my standards. I’m not sure what Anthony used but it was not potent. Service was completed on 12/14/24. I gave consideration to having home cleaning service before he did carpet but I’ll probably do it myself (lesson learned). Especially for the price I paid him. Please email me if anyone would like to see photos before his service, after his service, and after I re-did carpet.

Highly recommend this amazing cleaning team!! I moved into a new apartment that was unexpectedly full of cat hair and desperately needed a last-minute deep cleaning. Two hours later, Josephine and her team arrived to deep cleaned every inch of our home. They did an INCREDIBLE job and even cleaned some dirty areas twice, where needed. I will definitely have them come back for regular cleanings after seeing how hardworking, professional, and ready to help Magic Mop's team is. They are lifesavers!

Antony and Josephine are the best cleaning experience I have ever encountered. My daughter lived in this apartment for 3 years and though it had no damage, it was badly in need of a thorough cleaning in order to receive our security deposit. Antony gave me a fair price and when we returned to pay them, the job far exceeded my expectations and the apartment was spotless and far cleaner than it was upon move-in.
