TOP TO BOTTOM CLEANING

We meet with owner Brianna and were very excited. From the beginning she has been in non responsive and doesn’t seem to care. No shows, and doesn’t follow through with what she says. It’s been very frustrating dealing with her. If I could I would give no stars. Very unprofessional. I asked several times if she had taken on to much and her response was no. She was always paid over her rate and it was a waste of money. I would NEVER recommend her and I found her on Angie’s list. Again very disappointing!!!!!!!

The staff at Top To Bottom Cleaning Services were amazing! My house needed a deep cleaning prior to listing it for sale. The staff showed up on time and did a fantastic job. They were extremely thorough and paid attention to all the little details that I wouldn't have even thought of. When we arrived home everything was spotless and shiny to the point that our appliances looked brand new. This was a large job that I could not do myself and I can't thank them enough for their service.

I have used Top 2 Bottom to clean a large residential rental property complex for almost 10 years. They have cleaned common areas and vacant units plus a lot of extra services during covid. They have done quality work at a fair price. I am happy to have them as a vendor.

We recently completed an addition to our home. Tom was kind enough to fit us into his busy holiday cleaning schedule so that we could move into the new space. Luisa is a lovely person, and a real real Pro at her work. She did a thorough cleaning, and went above and beyond to make our home shine. I would not hesitate to recommend T2B Cleaning Services. They exceeded our expectations.

We appreciate Top to Bottom Cleaning team’s dedication to great service. They have provided cleaning service to our rental turnovers. The staff has been doing a wonderful job and we are very happy with their detailed work over the past couple years. They have been easy to work with, especially considered my hectic schedule. They always meet our needs and times constraints. The T2B team meets my expectations and I congratulate them for their commitment to outstanding service and professionalism. I would recommend Top To Bottom Cleaning Services to any residential or business owner looking to hire an outside cleaning service in CT.
