Bob Santoro showed up and was upset because there was a tree removal crew working outside. He was rude to my sister-in-law, to my husband and to me, as he stormed off the job saying he would not work in this environment. We had been waiting for 2 weeks for a small mixer issue to be repaired in our shower. We had two sets of guests visiting without a working shower. We were very excited to finally get a time to get it repaired. We have four adults and four young kids staying in the unit. I am 7 months pregnant. Both a lawyer and a doctor were working remotely within the unit at the time, without issue. It seems like he was expecting a quiet penthouse corner office to do his plumbing service. His service would've taken a few minutes to complete. His response was completely unreasonable. The tree crew was professional and safe. There was no risk to his safety. And, most unprofessional was his attitude. He knocked on the door just shaking his head. He responded to me, when I asked why he was leaving that "he's out of here." And, when I asked if he was coming back or if I needed to find a new plumber, the company said he is not coming back. I'm very disappointed in his professionalism and attempt to provide a service to two families in need of it.
