Highest Possible Recommendation!!!! I couldn't be happier with the job Maine Exterior Pros did installing the standing seam metal roof on my home. From the initial consultation through the final cleanup, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. The craftsmanship was outstanding. The roof looks fantastic, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the installation. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, kept the job site clean, and treated my property with respect every day. Communication was excellent. They kept me informed throughout the project, answered all of my questions, and delivered exactly what they promised. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. If you're considering a new roof, I highly recommend Josh and Maine Exterior Pros. They delivered exceptional quality, outstanding service, and a beautiful finished product that has completely transformed the look of my home. I would absolutely hire them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
Thank you Josh, Merlin, and Jessica for installing 2 beautiful windows for us today. As with our roof, you did a great job at a good price. Thank you for taking care around my garden. As shown in the photos, all of my plants under the window are still happy and safe. We’re extremely happy with the work you did, and will definitely call you to come back soon, as we need more work done.
Several years ago we purchased a 125 year old house, with all the expected issues. In particular the roof was in rough shape. Heaven knows the last time a real roofer touched it. Josh came in and dealt with several damaged areas, removed an unused chimney and repaired the other one, and gave us a great looking standing seam roof. I know from previous experience doing home repairs how frustrating an old house can be, and I truly appreciate how even-keeled Josh was dealing with the inevitable plot complications. I must say also that even with weather and life's usual curve balls making the process longer than any of us anticipated we never felt like Josh was rushing or cutting corners. Putting on a new roof was a serous thing for us, we will be paying for it for quite a few years. Maine Exterior Pro's has made us feel confident that it was money well spent, and was worth so much more not only in the added value to our home, but the peace of mind having such a quality roof overhead gives us. We were always kept in the loop, we were never talked down to, the crew was always polite... We cannot recommend them enough.
Very happy with Josh and crew, installed metal roof on new shed. Very pleased with the level of work and communication throughout the process.
