When I hired Mr Stefano owner of Man of Steel to install my customer's rails, I trusted his word as a professional. Unfortunately, his work was completely faulty, leaving behind dripping paint and visible sanding scars. We agreed on this job as two business people, and I paid him $1,600 in cash in good faith. He failed to honor his word. I have gave him every opportunity to fix this?calling him, leaving messages, and even visiting his shop in person. Each time, he promised to take care of it, only to offer endless excuses and postponements.
Stefano does great work and is very professional. He installed custom railings to fit our needs and they came out just how we wanted. He was always quick to respond with questions which was very helpful. Highly recommend
Unique antique looking railings any customization you can think of!
I've gotten to know the owner of this business fairly well now! I went to school with his daughter. He is a phenomenal guy, business owner, who knows what to do. God Bless Him and his business and family.
