Highlights
- Matched repairs — a 2004 customer said the patch matched the roof
- Low quote — a 2005 customer paid half of two other quotes
- Registration lapsed — the Connecticut registration is inactive for non-renewal
Manoly Remodeling & Roofing is a New Haven, Connecticut roofer that says it has been in business 23 years, and Benito is the name on its Angi reviews. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration is inactive due to non-renewal. The Better Business Bureau grades it A+. Its written reviews are old, running from 2004 to 2005 with one from 2023. In a December 2004 review, a customer said Benito was one of the few contractors who returned the call and that the roof repair matched the color and coursing of the roof. A March 2005 customer said the quote was half of what the other two companies quoted, and the job was done on time with no mess left behind. An October 2004 reviewer said Benito completed the work when he said he would but did not give a detailed estimate, and that the price seemed fair, maybe a little high. On Angi and HomeAdvisor the company holds 5.0 stars from 11 ratings, and on Google 4 from 4.
