A March 2026 customer said Adam arrived on time to clean a basement dryer vent and explained what he was doing, and that Jen, the manager, was responsive. In a January 2022 review, a customer described Adam wearing a mask and shoe booties and making one trip in and one trip out. In May 2026 a customer had their cedar shingle home soft washed and said the final invoice landed within the quoted range. A June 2026 reviewer had a roof cleaned of moss in the fall of 2025 and wrote that it was clean by spring, as the crew had said it would be. On r/vermont in May 2024, one commenter wrote that they paid $350 for a gutter cleaning that took about 30 minutes, another called the company "well known for price gouging," and a third was put off by the pricing and the follow-up after a dryer vent cleaning. In a July 2024 Google review, a customer described Alan waking them for an 8am gutter guard cleaning, ordering them to put their dogs away, and the company then refusing them another appointment because of the dogs.
