THE WATERBOY HOUSE WASHING

One house's exterior had not been cleaned in 20 years, and a July 2026 Google reviewer says Tim removed the buildup and growth from its siding and windows while working around items the tenants had installed in the windows. That is the core of The Waterboy House Washing, based in Starksboro: soft washing house exteriors, plus gutters, windows, decks and the vents inside the house. Google shows 5 stars from 52 ratings, with written reviews running from 2023 to 2026. A September 2026 reviewer says TJ and company soft washed their house and windows after a timely quote. In June 2026, a customer wrote that TJ and his crew handled the gutters, windows, siding and patio, cleaned the window screens and were mindful of the plants around the house. A May 2026 reviewer says Tim was upfront about the process and that the team cleaned the siding, the exterior windows and the screens the household had taken out. The work also goes indoors. An October 2026 reviewer says he cleaned and replaced part of their dryer vent. In an April 2026 review, a customer says TJ found the dryer vent was not the problem — the dryer was at the end of its life — and did not charge them because no vent cleaning was needed. A January 2025 reviewer says TJ took their dryer speed "from 6 to 30" after clearing the lint, and their bathroom ceiling vent works now. In a March 2025 review, a customer says TJ fixed their furnace when he arrived to clean the ductwork and charged no additional fee for those hours. One July 2026 reviewer hired TJ for carpentry rather than cleaning: installing a Trex gate on their deck and building a cedar mini-porch at the front door. In an April 2023 review, a customer describes TJ spending many hours scrubbing mildew and algae off an old gray deck, including the posts, railing boards and steps. Two July 2026 reviewers call the price fair or reasonable. A July 2025 review mentions a hiccup from a mechanical issue that pushed the job back a week; the customer says it was rescheduled and ran smoothly, with gutters, siding, windows, a porch and a deck washed in four hours.
