Acme Glass

During COVID, we lost our glass shop in Morrisville and it really hit home, when 2 of my storm windows were broken last summer. Yes, it was our fault, because we left them leaning up against the house but to find anyone who could or would replace them? IMPOSSIBLE! Until I learned about Acme Glass. This business is staffed by knowledgeable, helpful, intelligent people who take obvious pride in their service, as well as their products. Amazingly, my storm windows were made the same day as when I dropped them off - and in only a few hours! If you're in the greater Burlington area and that means out as far as Montpelier or up and out to Milton? Call Acme Glass for all of your glass needs. They provided excellent service to me and I highly recommend them to you.

Acme Glass is an outstanding Vermont business. It is an absolute gem. Its employees such as glass technicians Pete and Luca and customer service representative Ali take customer service to a entirely new level. What a pleasure it is to do business with Acme Glass. Each of these Acme Glass employees is welcoming, well trained and competent and absolutely committed to providing the best possible service and experience to every customer. One of my large glass slider windows began to leak due to a broken bonding. I called Acme Glass and Technician Pete was dispatched for measurement, Service desk Ali kept us informed as to procedures and replacement dates and Technician Lucas arrived and installed the new window in record breaking time and then made certain the new window was absolutely sparking before he departed. This team knows what it is doing.👏👏👏 One telephone call and so many positive behind the scenes activities made this replacement about as perfect and as easy as one could hope for. I wholeheartedly give this team and Acme Glass five Google stars for its effort.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Acme Glass is a phenomenal Vermont and Burlington Vermont institution. 👏👏👏👏

Great customer service! Brought them a window I knew nothing about regarding repairing. They explained the process and ordered to replacement part that showed up on time. Highly recommend!

We could not have asked for a better experience than working with this company. Eric, our sales person listened to our wishes for replacing all 21 of our windows, giving some suggestions for a few changes. The crew that came out to install was beyond what we expected. Mark, the foreman, kept everything running on time. Ryan, Casey and Dylan installed the windows with such professionalism. They covered things that needed to be covered, cleaned up amazingly after and was respectful in our home. Adam custom made all of our inside trim, which was impressive. They were all kind, pleasant, respectful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company.

The folks at Acme are very kind, polite, attentive and professional. I originally felt the price was high, so I needed to modify my work and only tend to the absolute necessary repairs. The quality of the work was worth the cost. The knowledgeable and experienced crew of workers were efficient and professional. I have been taking my screens to Acme for years because no one is up to their standard of repair when I want the job done to last. This recent job required on site repairs and I am so pleased with their work. I can’t praise their kindness, knowledge and professionalism enough. Thanks, Acme.
