Maple Tree Landscape

Vinny and the team are the best. They do spring and fall cleanup every year, exactly what I need, clean and fast. They recently cut a large dead tree close to my house, everything went super smooth. Very impressive to see Vinny climb it and take the branches and pieces down one by one. After they’re done, everything is as clean as it can be.

I would highly recommend Maple Tree Landscape for all of your landscaping and hardscaping needs. Vinny, the owner, met me to take a look at all the work I wanted done, which included tree removal, putting up a fence and various bush removal. He was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and had a quote for me within a few hours. Just days later, his team was on the property getting all the work done in a timely manner. Highly recommend them for their communication, pricing, transparency, and finished product. I will be using them again in the future. Also, shoutout to my two techs who left my property spotless with their clean up.

We waited a full year before writing this review because we wanted to see how our new lawn would look over time. Unfortunately, we are extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the lawn installation and overall workmanship. We paid over $4K for the lawn installation with cultivation, grading, loam, seed, and follow-up overseeding. One year later, the lawn is patchy, uneven, and full of different grass types and dark clumps throughout the yard despite having a brand new irrigation system. Vinny promised the lawn would look amazing by the following year, but that is absolutely not what we got. Our overall ~$50K project also included paving, irrigation, and landscaping and there were problems throughout the process. Luckily, I was working from home because I constantly had to supervise the crew and catch mistakes myself. At one point the crew had the wrong patio layout before installation. Downspouts that were agreed upon were initially not installed. The pavement was also installed incorrectly, causing water pooling and dangerous ice buildup in winter before they eventually redid it. The irrigation system was another issue. Our contract clearly included Wi-Fi controls, but they were not installed initially and Vinny tried to claim they had been removed from the contract. Before the controls were installed, the irrigation system ran nonstop and resulted in an additional ~$1,800 water bill before we were able to monitor it ourselves. Our experience was that Vinny is a great salesman who will do everything to win your business, but the execution and follow-through did not match what was promised. We regret giving this project to this company and would strongly encourage others to carefully evaluate other options before hiring them.

DRIVER OF MAPLE TREE SNOWPLOW REAR ENDED ME WHILE HE WAS TEXTING!! I was at a red light in Wayland, MA when a MAPLE TREE LANDSCAPING snowplow rear ended me! The twenty-two-year-old driver, who admitted to TEXTING WHILE DRIVING A MASSIVE SNOWPLOW, ran right into the back of my car. When the police were called and came to the scene, a police report was filled out, and my insurance company clearly found him to be at fault. When my insurance company called Maple Tree Landscaping, the owner tried to deny liability without knowing that there was a police report and traffic cameras showing that their driver rear ended me. It's one thing to hit someone while texting and driving, which is terrible enough, but to not take accountability for it even worse. The owner of Maple Tree never owned up to it, though he was aware that one of their plow drivers hit someone at a red light, and he tried to cover it up. MAPLE TREE LANDSCAPING'S OWNER IS DISHONEST. Be sure to hire someone else!
