Maple Valley Home Inspections LLC

At Maple Valley Home Inspections LLC, a customer worked with Sarah Goodrich for their home inspection and said she took the time to answer every question and explained everything clearly. A customer who could not be at the inspection said Sarah was thorough with both her photos and her written descriptions of areas of concern, and answered additional questions they had after looking at the photos. A customer said Sarah caught several issues which could have been safety issues. A customer wrote that Sarah explained over the phone exactly what she covers, that the agreement and payment were done online, and that the report noted deficiencies and where a contract professional versus DIY would apply. A customer said the appointment for a full new-home inspection was made in less than a week, over a holiday weekend, and the report was returned the same day. A customer said Sarah got them in within three days. A reviewer wrote that Sarah is willing to travel, which makes scheduling easier, and that reports come back quickly when there is a tight contract timeline. A customer said Sarah explained her findings before they left the inspection and had the report to them only a few hours afterward.
