Keith did an excellent job explaining the available options and working with me to get a system that met my needs. He did an excellent job installing it and his attention to detail and professionalism was outstanding.

Had some issues with our Minisplit system no longer producing heat right as it started to frost. Keith, our technician, came by on a weekend and got us fully operational in just under an hour and under two hundred dollars for a complex system, he was able to explain what happened, what he did to fix it, and preventative maintenance for us for future along with pictures and a full walk through. Keith is awesome, Marathon has a long term minisplit customer from us.

Keith did a wonderful job replacing our water heating system. He noticed a problem with the old propane exhaust pipe and went above and beyond to make it more safe. He was always on time, easy to communicate with, and kind to my kids. And his prices can’t be beat. Five stars all the way!

Keith was brought in to resolve major issues with a very complicated residential system after numerous contractors had walked away from the project. He studied the system and came up with cost effective and reliable solutions to make the system viable again. Keith could have sold an expensive replacement heating system ( low six figures were some quotes ) but he took the hard route and fixed the problems. And he has always been available to answer questions by text or call. His invoices were always fair and honest. I highly recommend his services.
