Totally underpowered my air conditioning system at the home we built. 85 Degrees upstairs in the summer now where I work daily. Then made excuses. Asked to remedy and was just ignored. Could never coordinate with our builder so AC lines were not run before walls were put up. Now I cannot put in the desperately needed AC upstairs without tearing walls down. Charged me for work he did not do (charged me for wifi that was never installed, charged me to run a line upstairs that was never run). Then said he would remedy but again never did. Quoted a system then never installed it. Just ignored me, again.

I recommend Strauch Mechnaical Services, to others. He was able to set me nicely up for the summer and went out of his way to make sure the job was done correctly.

Kyle was excellent! He helped me in a pinch and was very fair with price. Installed a new boiler system and water tank in the middle of winter (he even mopped afterwards). It's now up and running cleaner than it should and really saved me a huge headache as the previous system was a mess. He was easy to deal with, knowledgeable, prompt, and his work is tidy. I truly appreciate his help. You can count on him!
